I have just reviewed Dr Viswa separately. I can't comment on receptionists as I always log in via the computer and book appointments online. Dr Viswa and the one nurse I've seen here have been great. I have also heard good things about Dr Coker although I personally always see Dr Viswa. The online appointment system is great. The parking is usually fine, can get busy. The surgery is clean and tidy. Everyone seems efficient and friendly.

I am new to the area and needed to see the nurse for a few things. Tricia Morton was helpful, polite, reassuring and could not have been more helpful. She took her time, was careful to explain and ensure I understood everything. I was extremely nervous prior to my appointment but she completely put me at ease and i would not hesitate to go back should i need to. The surgery was clean, the receptionists friendly and helpful and I am so relived and grateful to have this surgery as my local practise. Thank you

I got an appointment straight away to see my GP although I would have been more than happy to see another doctor at this surgery. The reception staff were very friendly and addressed me by my first name which would have relaxed me If I had felt nervous. The doctor as usual was friendly and in my case reassured me that my problem was nothing to worry about, he explained what it was and the cause. I can't praise this surgery highly enough!

The phone always gets answered after a couple of rings, receptionist always happy and very helpful , and always get an appointment . Was seen on time with the doctor of my choice !! We are very lucky to have our surgery .

Really top class service at this surgery - we are always able to get an appointment and while my mother has been unwell have received a very caring approach by all GPs including their locum on one occasion
